Easter Egg Hunt

Lauren and I went to our church for some Easter activities! We began the morning decorating eggs. She enjoyed painting them, putting on jewels and then taking the jewels off! After decorating, we tried to listen to Granddad (Robbie's Dad) talk about why we celebrate Easter. I was trying to listen but Lauren was Little Miss Chatty with a new friend she made!! Then it was time to hunt for eggs...so I thought! As soon as we got outside, she went on running towards the slide and by-passing about 20 eggs!! Grandma (Robbie's Mom) and I finally worked with her to grasp the concept of putting the eggs in her bucket! She is a fast learner and picked up about 10! Overall, it was a beautiful day spent with family, friends and my little one!!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

When I got home from work today Robbie and I took Lauren for a walk. She enjoyed her stroll and walking on the road! Of course I had to take some pictures of Lauren in her St. Patrick's Day outfit! I love her in GREEN!!

Lauren also had her 15 months wellness appointment yesterday. We received a good report! She weighs 20.6 pounds and is 30 inches long! She is a little petite thang'! They said they loved her personality! She was pure entertainment but that is not unusual for her! She has a million facial expressions! She is such a blessing to us all! LOVE~

Valentine's Eve Snow!

Yes...we finally received SNOW! There have been a few times where we were forcasted to have snow but it was always a NO SHOW! We were very excited to see it start coming down last night and even more this morning when we saw how much we had received...about 5 inches!! Mommy...I want to go with you! ...5 seconds later! The homestead! Mommy...I'm ready to go play now! Lauren and Mommy! Lauren trying to walk in the snow! Yes...she is walking!!! Cheese! Lauren falling face first in the snow and she was NOT HAPPY! YES I DO!!! Okay...I've had enough! Back inside and watching Daddy shovel off the deck! We will try and go out again later...more pics to come!

Lauren's FIRST Haircut!

Robbie and I decided it was finally time for Lauren to get her haircut. We have been talking about it for a while and decided it needed to be evened out. It was out of control! Her Aunt Becky did the honors! She did so well! As she was getting her haircut, she snacked on some cherry puffs! It was a moment and I was so proud of her! Thank you Aunt Becky for doing a wonderful job!!
