The snow started melting the next day. Our "Frosty" started falling down. Lauren kept repeating "Frosty." I had to explain to her that he went back to the North Pole. Lauren looked at me and said with a big smile, "With Ho, Ho!" Love~

Happy Birthday Gammy/Nana!

We all gathered at my Nana's house for her 85th birthday! We enjoyed Tony's pizza, cake and ice cream. It was nice to sit around the table and celebrate such a wonderful occasion. We love you Nana/Gammy! You are very special to us all and appreciate everything you do! Thank you for the many memories. I'm looking forward to another year of making new ones! Love you~

New Year's Day!

New Year's Day is special for two reasons...it's the start of a new year and...my mom's birthday! I wanted to spend some one-on-one time with her so I asked Robbie to take us to Hammock's Beach to go look for sand dollars. Lately, mom has been borrowing my Sperry boots so she can get in the water to find the good shells. Since I reclaimed them for the trip, she was trying to figure out what she was going to wear. Well, I solved that problem...yep...new navy and white Sperry boots for her. They had her name all over them since she has a navy and white beach room! You should have seen her happy dance! It was priceless!

The island was beautiful. Robbie and his friend Tommy went exploring on the island so it was just the two of us and our Sperry boots. We found shells for her angels and dozens of sand dollars. We would walk a couple of feet and we would find another one. It was great and amazing!

New Years Eve!

The girls spent New Years Eve at Onslow Beach. The weather was beautiful, Gammy's $10 sandwiches were yummy and we saw dolphins! It was the perfect day!

Christmas Day!

Lauren slept in Christmas morning. We finally decided to wake her up at 8:30. We were excited for her to open gifts and to go eat Christmas breakfast at the church. Robbie's grandma always puts out a yummy spread and it was...DELICIOUS!

Lauren got the movie "Happy Feet" from Santa...or should I say Ho, Ho! Lauren calls him Ho, Ho...he must have seen all of the dancing she does!

After Christmas breakfast, we came home and rested before my family came over for dinner. Dinner was awesome...steak, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, salad, cream corn and croissants. For dessert, we had apple and chocolate pie...yummy!

Christmas Eve!

We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas...we sure did! We celebrated Christmas Eve with Robbie's family. We had dinner and the little ones opened presents. Lauren was so cute...she passed out all of the gifts!

Trip to Georgia

Dad, Mom and I headed to Georgia to see dad's family for Christmas. It was a quick trip but it was great to see everyone...as always! Lauren enjoyed playing with her cousins Amber, Ashlynd, Stephanie, Tamara, Isabella and meeting Taj for the first time. They all got along so well! We also had fun going out to eat and shopping! Love and miss everyone already!
